Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement carefully crafted behavior intervention plans, collaborating closely with our dedicated BCBA.
  2. Engage in direct, one-on-one behavior therapy sessions in diverse settings, such as homes, schools, and communities.
  3. Maintain precise records of client behavior through data collection, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  4. Contribute to ongoing assessments of client progress through diligent data analysis.
  5. Work collaboratively with the BCBA and our dynamic team to refine and adapt behavior support plans.
  6. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality in all interactions.

 

Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional education in psychology, education, or a related field considered a plus.
    • Successful completion of RBT training and certification or in the process to start this certification path.
    • Ability to skillfully follow and implement behavior support plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and basic computer skills.
    • A compassionate nature, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

 

Preferred Skills:

    • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
    • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

In this leadership position, you’ll conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and provide mentorship to our compassionate team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  1. Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments and craft comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
  2. Offer guidance, supervision, and training to RBTs and other dedicated staff members.
  3. Design and oversee the implementation of personalized behavior support strategies.
  4. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and fellow professionals to develop and monitor treatment goals.
  5. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans, adjusting them as needed.
  6. Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

 

Qualifications:

    • Master’s or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
    • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
    • Proven experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing effective intervention plans.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

 

Preferred Skills:

    • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
    • Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and behavior analytic methodologies.

As a compassionate and skilled professional, you will play a key role in ensuring language barriers do not hinder the delivery of quality healthcare services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation services between healthcare providers and patients.
  2. Facilitate effective communication during medical appointments, consultations, and procedures.
  3. Assist in explaining medical instructions, treatment plans, and discharge information to patients in their preferred language.
  4. Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical standards while interpreting sensitive medical information.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare staff to enhance language access and cultural competence within the healthcare setting.
